LogicHarbour's bidirectional ServiceNow integration is now generally available, letting joint customers keep software asset records synchronised between the two platforms without manual reconciliation.
The integration covers contract records, licence entitlements, deployment counts, and renewal dates, with change propagation in both directions and full audit history.
